(I may or may not be a total fan of the manga, the anime just mutilated it. Ahem I digress.)
Ciel would see a being to exploit, to use as a pawn, Sebastian would feel curiosity about such a powerful aura emanating from such a capable butler. Sebastian is a frikking impossible being to write, and now I've restricted any fanfic attempts because Sebastian is impossible to write goddamn it. Ah Ye would be delighted by such a child, while Charles would approach with wary caution. He would undoubtedly alert any newness, any possibility of chaos unfolding for the sake of his Young Master.
If Briar was actually Tresspasserby, but a reincarnated!fangirl!amazingness!Briar...

Then it would have been considerably more difficult for Ah Ye/Devon to form any bonds with other human beings. As the Solaris Emperor, Devon isn't the most approachable person, and Daren doesn't go out of his way to make friends. They usually approach him first. In addition, Devon and Daren's brotherly relationship is such a large part of their characters that the Ah Ye/Devon combination person would likely have a very, very different personality. Ri Xiang Yan's only link to humanity previously was his little brother, and for a very long period of Ah Ye's life, the most important person to him was his older brother. nimue (Nearly choked there. Not sure whether to laugh or shudder at the thought.) If Ri Xiang Yan viewed the tape of Ah Ye meeting Charles in his apartment for the first time, and Charles did not show up on the tape, causing Ri Xiang Yan to think that Ah Ye had suddenly made friends with a floating bucket of KFC... |

Then first, Ri Xiang Yan will be surprised and then call his secretary slash butler Kyle.
"It's a vampire, Sun Emperor." said Kyle after a few second of observation.
"Ah! I thought so..." Ri Xiang Yan then furrowed his brows for a second.
"Order the main factory to invent a super surveillance camera that can see through anything, even a ghost have to be seen."
"..Understood."
If Dark Sun weapon change from a big scythe to a big fork...

Then he would have a lot of trouble under heavy gunfire and with blasts from explosives without the huge blade of the scythe to shield him. Good luck, Dar!
If DSII decided to inhabit a clock in the apartment and timed Charles for every task he did...

...then Daren would inquire worriedly if Charles required a day off due to the nervous ticks occurring in Charles feature's. Charles would shake off Young Master's worries and continue on with his very incredibly timed work. Briar would eventually blow up spectacularly at the impossibly fast ticking and timing and clicking and clocking of the silly, silly clock and demand (for once, very childishly) that the clock must be smashed! And Maiden would hurry out swiftly, along with the others and Melody would hurry out just as quickly after dragging Charles out to buy a dozen designer clocks to replace the ones Briar broke with heartbreaking swiftness (for Kaiser at least or any money-grubbing being). Eventually when somebody tries to break in, there will be men turning up at a hospital with the strangest wounds and the clock will be eventually given to a child who adores waking up early and...well, I've exhausted my words (LIES, Inner cries, IT IS ALL LIES!) {Hush Inner, hush.} (Her hands are just bored of typing! HANDS!)
If Melody and Briar swapped bodies...

Then those clones are likely unusable because they don't have proper microchips to function or are unusable because of other problems. Otherwise, DSII could have just swapped to one of the other clones, instead of a motorcycle, when his body was destroyed.
But if they were fully functional:
Then Charles would have a lot of difficulty cooking for so many extra DS versions, and all the clones would probably have to live in adjacent apartments to Ah Ye. There simply isn't enough room for them to all stay in the one apartment. Aside from mealtimes (assuming that everyone just comes over to eat at Ah Ye's apartment), they probably wouldn't interact too much, unless at least one of the clones had an extremely sociable personality. Meeting up twice a day is actually a lot already.
If Charles's facial muscles suddenly cramped one day...

...then Ah Ye wouldn't be able to tell what Charles is feeling, or would believe that Charles is in a particularly bad mood and instruct everyone to stay away from him for the meantime. (Poor Charles will probably remain in that state until his muscles naturally uncramp)
If all the No Hero characters had to attend a Yule Ball and dance there...

Then it would be difficult trying to find dress robes large enough to fit Dragon Peace for the night. Ah Ye would probably have quite a bit of fun. Charles would have Ah Ye's permission and encouragement to enjoy the night without needing to look after him. (Charles probably would more-than-occasionally glance at Ah Ye to check that he doesn't need anything.) Yue Gang might initially be alarmed by the magic, but probably would focus on the food not too much later. Ji Luo Chu would have fun snapping pictures of everyone. Not sure if Melody would want to go or not. Etc.
If Charles was given a night off and was ordered to go outside and have fun...

"Bill, find a suitable bride for me." Devon Solaris said succinctly. Bill merely waited, for the Solaris Emperor was looking into the distance and he had not dismissed Kyle yet. He looked quite mulish though this was Bill's own opinion after years of carefully looking upon the Sun Emperor's features for years on end. "Blue hair." Bill nodded, as dutiful as ever as Devon closed the video call.
Six months later...
"Daren this is my fiance, Ceo." The woman was certainly beautiful, with skin that was as pale as pearls and striking emerald eyes, ocean blue hair tumbled down her slight shoulders as she smiled and ignored the proffered hand and hugged Daren instead. Her eyes sparkled with warmth and her delicate frame seemed to complement Devon's, almost-blinding golden contrasting against a cerulean wave that went down past her shoulders.
"I'm marrying her in three months time, I hope Dar approves of Ceo." Devon said.
...I really can't think of how Ceo managed to make Devon fall in love with her in six months time. Don't make me type any more because I really have no idea how this could have happened. I could go further...but it really is all I can type.
If Melody morphed into a little boy...
