...then a substitution would be found immediately. Or a mutant form of blueberry. No matter the cost, if the Sun Knight is revealed to the world as not perfect, they would still stubbornly insist he is perfect! Blueberries would not be extinct. Ever. I bet Grisia has a bunch of them, with a preservation spell cast upon them.
If Grisia was actually a patient at a hospital, a mental hospital of some sort and actually thought up the entire world of LSK...

...then it would be done. With lots of debate, lots of cost, and Neo would be forced to pay for it all and he would be incredibly frustrated at the tediousness and thus make Grisia put the Elf Knight as another persona of the Hell Knight.
If Aldrizzt turned into a fairy...

...then she would be holding a dozen letters, fanbooks, memorabilia, a suitcase, a dozen or so doors behind her and her eyes would be awfully wide and her voice would be sugary sweet and she would be wearing a Blaze-Knight platoon uniform. Female one of course.
If Mintbeam were to marry Elmairy...(oh my god I am tearing up! Mint has found a nimue-approved man!) (fyi Mint is Elmairy-incarnate, see! Mint? Elmairy? *crickets sound* Oh great, my genius is under-appreciated like always.)

...then Grisia would be immediately called upon to find him and then Chikus would resolutely throw the entire place into immense chaos to find him and then the world would descend into chaos...T.T
If Elmairy swapped with Grisia's body, and they swapped consistently, but unknowing of the precise times, and etc, what would happen...
