Judgement and ice would be admired as cool beauties and at the same time despised (by evil guys) as heartless bi#$%
Moon would had a tall muscular boyfriend (easier to find)
Leaf would be perfect wife material and would be BFF of Princess Ann
"Honest" Earth would still be himself + grumpiness (since the temple of light only had girl-clerics and old-men)
Stone and Storm would be the most popular among men and women
Metal perhaps would turn into a sado instead of a maso...or perhaps not...
Blaze stays the same in girl form, the brashest, loudest, strongest girl there was
Cloud would often be compared to Sadako and scare everyone out of their socks
Hell would have a harder time going to the bathroom...

A similar situation to the Grisia/Silvester body swap would result, only that Carol would be slightly happier, and Lesus would be slightly awkward (not that you'd be able to tell anyway).
If Roland became part of the Sun Knight Platoon instead of joining the Royal Knights...
