I mean, like there was another soul living in his body making him inept with the sword and strange. (This soul may or may not be a total LSK fan) and...scarily proficient with magic. I think it'll be hilarious.

Then I bet that the person possessing Neo's body would get quite along with Sun haha Unless they start to compete against each other to see who's the strongest with magic?

O.O
I actually think that Grisia and the rest of the 38th and the 37th gen would be impossibly worried and exorcise the spirit and Grisia would make a new form for the spirit. The competition would wait in response for Neo's safety.

Haha.. I think he will have a truce with the soul. Then, Neo will become proficient in both physical and magical. First, he will use his magic for maintaining his looks. Second, maybe challenging each one of Dragon in the world. Third, he will seek Grisia to compare his magic even when Grisia is already the Demon King

I don't think girls are allowed to participate in the knight-selections are they? If that is the case, what would happen if girls were allowed to participate? LSK has never mentioned anything about a female knight, which seems utterly unfair. (Excluding Carol, but she was more of a warrior wasn't she?)I'd imagine there would be many hiccups in the training process, especially for the Storm Knight...

Actually...if things became desperate enough I think it could happen actually. Remember how in one of the side-stories, it was mentioned that the Cold-Hearted Faction families were against the idea of the relative becoming one of the Holy Knights that weren't revered as the Warm-Hearted Faction. In fact, Lesus' family were quite against it if I remember correctly. I think for most cases it wouldn't happen, but the possibility of it happening in the Cold-Hearted Faction is quite likely.
And if girls were allowed to participate, they generally would be discouraged in the noble classes as swordfighting and riding horses (not for fun) and getting dirty was not accepted generally in the medieval world of LSK.
LSK actually never mentions it mainly because it is from Grisia's point of view. Grisia has never concerned himself with anything of female Holy Knights. If there were, it wouldn't be picked up because Grisia generally has more things to do than focus on the slow changes within the ranks of knights. In many respects, LSK does mirror our world but it is less of a problem there. Ann for instance, a princess yet excellent at wielding double-axes and nobody bats an eye which is a huge step forward in comparison to our world, where double-axe wielder would be like a...say a politician and a martial artist. This is not by far, the best comparison, but many of us would do a double-take at a major political figure (like Princess Ann, wait maybe this is a good comparison) with an excellent health and vitality due to her martial arts.
And in Female Warrior, Carol is much more than a mere warrior if you read between the lines more closely. In LSK, I think the signs of inequality are starting to show in the worker class. In adventuring, the main factor to if you were treated with respect was if you had power. Carol herself actually only hides her gender because there would be more trouble if she were to show that she was a female.
There would be dozens of mishaps and hiccups but ideally, if the Pope were to allow females into the knight-selections, they would be generally discouraged to go into a selection to possibly become the Storm Knight. There would be others allowed obviously but there would be a still very skewed ratio of girls to boys.

I'm wondering if any holy knight in each platoon gets special training to match up with their captain. If the 38th is trained by the 37th like what we know, is the 38th platoon get trained from 37th vice-captain?

All holy knights are usually treated normally by their captains. The captains train them, but Grisia is obviously not one of them. The platoons are picked for their talent, and then a vice-captain is picked and they are higher-positioned and they command the platoon.

I think Grisia himself is quite gender-biased. But if there were female holy knights, Grisia would have definitely picked it up by now, based on the sheer amount of attention he pays to the clerics alone. And Grisia doesn't seem to have the same difficulties distinguishing gender as his teacher...I wonder what would happen if he chose Elaro as the next Sun Knight but then discovered Elaro was actually a girl...

Grisia respects, no. Actually he doesn't pay very much attention towards the military at all. After all, he only knew that Roland was actually a very respected and liked royal knight after the incidents happen. If he had known, or at least asked about the prominent figures within the royal guards once, to even evaluate strength and punchability and possibility of being conned he would have noticed Roland.
Grisia respects, at least to see them on equal footing. For him I think it's more of a how powerful you are compared to just because you're a woman you're automatically weak! He is gender-biased, but remember. This is a medieval setting and there were not many historical females. Not counting Carol because of what happens in Female Warrior. He is gender-biased, but is not a knight already gender-biased for having chivalry? It is courteous, chivalry to be sure, but slightly gender-biased. Grisia is actually more forward thinking for a person of his time.
And also, Grisia cannot directly look at females unless they are talking to him in the first place. Which itself, is rare in the occasions where he himself is the focal point of their attention, not possibly Storm or Blaze or whoever.
XD that actually would be very funny. Though remember, we don't all have Hinata-sized chests at the childlike age of twelve or thirteen. And they're picked at around twelve, though not always as some are younger. And Elaro was younger than twelve I think when Grisia found him. It would be funny, seeing Grisia's reaction...though. He would find out eventually, and he would be...inevitably freaked out. XD

Would Grisia still throw members of his platoon off a cliff even if they were female holy knights?...Probably? He doesn't seem to give women any privileges...especially when it comes to people who have crossed him, he takes revenge on them equally.

He would still throw them. Maybe after the other so it's less uncomfortable? He would throw them, he doles out revenge equally and doesn't care much for people who act as if females are weaker because to him, it seems like they're being idiots for not taking whatever advantages they can get. Revenge is universal, and it is powerful and scarier when dealt out by Grisia.

I think Grisia will 'train' them differently from men, seeing how he take revenge on the princess with 'lady-like punishment' such ruining their skin.
Actually, I kinda imagine Grisia lead a platoon full of women. Maybe he will not so oppose of it because he can 'record' anyone in his platoon LOL.

Mm. . .personally I would think Grisia would influence him like he would with Adair. And I think he would be fond of them like he would be of a little sibling, remember how he was an orphan and wanted lots of brothers? It would be like that from my image of it. It, it would be a beautiful relationship because they're so close and it's adorable as well. It has plenty of potential of happy and adorably placed fluff. Grisia would become even more skilled and clever with his ways, and would inevitably have a little bunch of friends that consist of the twelve holy knights in training. It would be sweet and adorable and oh so beautiful because they're beautiful and she's adorably kind and sweet and just as devious and clever as Grisia himself. He styles his revenge accordingly to the person in question I think, and his platoon members, having been influenced by him, are much cruder and less skilled than he in the art of taking revenge.
The possibility of Grisia leading a platoon of busty, slim beauties is. . .erm, actually very high if it were allowed.

If there weren't Twelve Holy Knights, how many Holy Knights would there be and what type of knights would they be? What if the knights were actually the Light Knights? e.g. Red Knight, Green Knight, Blue Knight, Infra-red Knight, Ultraviolet Knight, Gamma Knight...
